Log in to customer account
You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
How do I Cancel my membership?
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
Can I pause or put a hold on my membership?
Yes, just log into your account & change your next shipment date to provide the desired pause on your membership.
How does shipping work?
We are currently only able to ship within the US. Due to restrictions we are not able to ship to the following states- Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, & Utah. The cost of shipping will be determined once delivery address is provided. Club Bubbly & our shipping parters are based out of California, all out of state orders can take up to 10-14 days for delivery. Please consider the address used for sending shipments, someone 21 years old needs to be able to sign for the package.
Can I pick up my shipments?
Shipments can be picked up at Luis Wine Bar in San Luis Obispo, CA. A notification will be sent once the shipment is ready for pick up.
Help- I think I missed my order & it was returned. What now?
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery at least 3 times. It is also possible to have your package held at the nearest facility so that you can pick it up at your convenience. Please use the tracking number provided to arrange delivery as needed. If your package is returned to us we will send you an alert ASAP.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
Do you have gift memberships available?
Yes, Choose type of club, choose number of shipments, number of bottles per shipment, card will be charged for each shipment. Please consider the address used for sending gift shipments, someone 21 years old needs to be able to sign for the package. At this time we do not have a prepaid option.
